1. この規約について

この規約は、iOSアプリ「Kabupac」を利用するときのルールです。 Kabupacを利用すると、この規約に同意したことになります。

2. Kabupacの役割

Kabupacは、利用者自身の投資判断とその後の経過を記録するためのアプリです。

  • 銘柄、買う・見送る・売るといった判断、その理由、株価、メモを記録できます。
  • 利用者が記録した株価を使い、指数との差を確認できます。
  • 登録した銘柄について、米国証券取引委員会（SEC）のEDGARから開示情報を取得できます。

3. データとバックアップ

  • 利用者が記録したデータは、暗号化して端末内に保存します。
  • 開発者が運用するデータ保管サーバーはありません。
  • データはJSON形式で書き出し、あとから読み込めます。
  • アプリを削除すると端末内のデータは消えます。必要なデータは、削除する前に書き出してください。

4. Kabupac Pro

  • Kabupac Proは、自動更新サブスクリプションです。
  • 購入は利用者のApple IDに紐づきます。
  • 価格と課金期間は、購入時にApp Storeに表示される内容に従います。
  • 課金処理はAppleが行います。開発者がクレジットカード情報を受け取ることはありません。
  • 解約は、iOSの「設定 > Apple ID > サブスクリプション」から行えます。
  • 解約後も、支払い済み期間の終わりまではKabupac Proを利用できます。
  • 機種変更や再インストールの後は、アプリ内の「購入を復元」から復元できます。購入時と同じApple IDが必要です。

5. 投資に関する大切な注意

  • Kabupacは投資助言を行いません。
  • 銘柄の推奨、売買シグナル、目標株価を提供しません。
  • 記録される株価は、利用者本人が入力するか、端末内の画像読み取りで持ち込んだものです。開発者は市場価格を取得・配信しません。
  • 株価や指数比較の正確性は保証しません。
  • 投資判断とその結果は、利用者本人の責任によります。

内容を変更した場合は、このページで知らせ、日付を更新します。

1. About These Terms

These terms govern use of the Kabupac iOS app. By using Kabupac, the user agrees to these terms.

2. What Kabupac Does

Kabupac helps users record their own investment decisions and what happened afterward.

  • Users can record securities, decisions such as buy, pass, and sell, reasons, prices, and notes.
  • Users can compare their recorded prices with an index.
  • Kabupac can retrieve filings for saved securities from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) EDGAR system.

3. Data and Backups

  • User records are encrypted and stored on the device.
  • The developer does not operate a server that stores this data.
  • Data can be exported in JSON format and imported later.
  • Deleting the app removes the data stored on the device. Export any data you need before deleting the app.

4. Kabupac Pro

  • Kabupac Pro is an auto-renewing subscription.
  • The purchase is associated with the user's Apple ID.
  • The price and billing period are the ones displayed by the App Store at the time of purchase.
  • Apple processes payments. The developer does not receive the user's credit card information.
  • The subscription can be canceled from iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
  • After cancellation, Kabupac Pro remains available through the end of the paid period.
  • After changing devices or reinstalling the app, use “Restore Purchases” in the app. The same Apple ID used for the purchase is required.

5. Important Investment Disclaimer

  • Kabupac does not provide investment advice.
  • Kabupac does not provide security recommendations, trading signals, or target prices.
  • Recorded prices are entered by the user or brought into the app through on-device image recognition. The developer does not obtain or distribute market prices.
  • The accuracy of prices and index comparisons is not guaranteed.
  • Investment decisions and their outcomes are the user's responsibility.

6. Changes to These Terms

If these terms change, the updated content and date will be posted on this page.
